How are credits charged for front, side, and back views in 3D suit fitting?Billing & wallet
Each selected 3D suit fitting view can use credits. If front, side, and back are all selected, the total is calculated by the number of selected views. Check the expected amount before generating.
Do garment photo fitting credits change based on the number of selected items?Billing & wallet
Yes. A basic number of items may be included in the base credit amount, and additional items can increase the cost. Customer photos are not counted as garment items.
Can I create MachoSuit AI fitting if my wallet balance is insufficient?Billing & wallet
No. If your credit balance is lower than the expected usage amount, generation will not start. Recharge the wallet first, then create the AI fitting again.
Are credits automatically refunded if AI fitting generation fails?Billing & wallet
If generation fails and no usable result is created, used credits can be restored according to the automatic refund rules. Validation failures before the AI job starts usually do not deduct credits.
Are credits charged again when I regenerate an AI fitting result?Billing & wallet
Yes. Regeneration creates a new AI job, so credits are charged again based on the selected view or item count. Existing successful results remain available for comparison.

You can check wallet usage, credit balance, AI generation charges, automatic refunds, and recent changes in the wallet or usage history screen. Contact support if a refund or balance looks incorrect.
