Important notice

This page is provided in the selected language. If a translated expression is unclear, Korean operator information and applicable Korean law will be used for interpretation unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

Summary

  • The public multilingual pages can be viewed without login.
  • App functions may require social login, server authentication and app-store purchase verification.
  • AI fitting images are consultation references and do not guarantee exact tailoring results.
  • Users must have rights and consent before uploading customer photos or third-party data.
  • Payment, refund and retry handling follow app-store rules, server verification and service policy.

1. Operator, service scope and applicable documents

These Terms apply to MachoSuit public app information pages, app download pages, notices, FAQ, policy pages, the MachoSuit app and app-related services operated by MachoSuit (BlueCode). Function-specific in-app notices, payment notices, customer photo notices and consent screens apply together with these Terms when displayed.

2. Public pages and app download guidance

The multilingual public pages can be viewed without login and are provided to explain the app, show notices/FAQ, provide policies and guide app downloads. Customer management, AI generation, wallet charging and account management are provided through the app or the Korean service environment, not through these public pages.

3. App account, authentication and eligibility

Certain app functions may require social login, device identification, server-issued tokens, app version checks and permission verification. Users must provide accurate information and must not use another person’s account, social token, device token, app-store receipt or business information without authority.

4. Shop responsibility and customer consent

If a shop, consultant, stylist, tailoring business or wedding shop uses the service for a customer, that shop user is responsible for explaining the service and obtaining lawful authority and consent before entering customer information, measurements, photos, body images, garment images or consultation notes.

5. Uploaded content and rights

Users must own or have permission to use uploaded photos, garment images, render images, logos, text and customer data. Users must not upload unlawful, infringing, nude/sexual, exploitative, violent, deceptive, sensitive or unauthorized third-party content. The operator may restrict or delete risky content.

6. AI fitting and preview limitations

AI fitting results, 3D preview captures and garment try-on outputs are visual consultation references only. They do not guarantee exact body proportion, fabric color, texture, sewing quality, size, final tailoring result, customer satisfaction or commercial outcome. Final decisions must be made through ordinary consultation and fitting procedures.

7. Paid service, wallet and app-store purchase

Paid AI generation, wallet charging and app-store products may be provided in the app. Purchases may be verified on the server before credits or balances are granted. Duplicate, cancelled, refunded, mismatched, already-used or suspicious purchase tokens and receipts may be rejected.

8. Refund, cancellation and failed generation

Refunds, cancellations, retries and balance restoration are handled according to applicable law, app-store rules, payment-provider rules and the operator’s policy. If a paid AI generation fails due to a service-side error and no valid result is provided, the operator may restore balance, provide a retry or apply another corrective measure.

9. Prohibited conduct

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, scraping, automated abuse, payment fraud, duplicate receipt use, token manipulation, malware upload, server interference, billing circumvention, impersonation, deception of customers, or use of the service for illegal or harmful purposes.

10. Third-party services and external providers

The service may use app stores, social login providers, payment providers, hosting, storage, security tools, analytics, email/support tools, image processing libraries and AI API providers. Their own terms, availability, review rules, API limits and privacy policies may apply.

11. Service changes, suspension and data maintenance

The operator may modify, limit, suspend or discontinue functions for maintenance, security, legal compliance, app-store review, abuse prevention, provider changes, infrastructure issues or business needs. Temporary files, expired outputs, failed jobs, logs and backups may be deleted according to retention policy.

12. User content license

Users retain rights to content they lawfully own. By uploading content, users grant the operator a limited license to store, copy, convert, transmit, display and process the content only as necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, maintain and improve the requested service.

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, exact visual matching, commercial success or suitability for every business purpose. Liability may be limited to the amount actually paid for the specific service that directly caused the issue unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

14. Notices and amendments

The operator may provide notices through public notices, app messages, email, release notes, FAQ or policy pages. These Terms may be amended to reflect changes in law, app-store requirements, service functions, AI providers, payment rules, security measures or business operation. Material changes may be announced where practical.

15. Governing law, dispute handling and contact

Unless mandatory local law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith consultation. Contact: [email protected]. Operator: MachoSuit (BlueCode), Representative Lee Junyoung, Business No. 701-47-01015, Office 608, 240 Kintex-ro, Ilsanseo-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea.

16. Personal data, privacy and image processing duties

The user must follow the Privacy Policy, in-app consent screens, customer photo notices and applicable privacy laws when entering or uploading personal data. When the user operates a shop and processes a third party customer’s data, the user remains responsible for the customer-facing notice, consent, lawful basis and internal retention control of that shop.

The operator may restrict processing, delete content, suspend requests or request additional confirmation if uploaded photos, body images, customer records or generated results create excessive privacy, portrait-right, copyright, child-safety, security or legal risk.

17. Translation, mandatory local law and consumer rights

Translated policies are provided to improve accessibility. If wording differs between languages, the Korean operator information, the service-specific notice and applicable mandatory law will be considered together, and mandatory consumer, privacy or app-store rights in the user’s jurisdiction are not excluded.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law. Where a mandatory local rule requires a different notice, consent, cancellation, refund or dispute procedure, the operator may apply that procedure to the extent legally required.

18. Force majeure, security response and survival

The operator is not responsible for delay, loss or interruption caused by events outside reasonable control, including network failure, hosting failure, app-store review delay, payment-provider outage, AI provider outage, cyberattack, disaster, war, strike, governmental order or legal restriction.

Clauses relating to payment records, intellectual property, user content responsibility, privacy, security, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute handling, governing law and contact may survive termination or discontinuation to the extent necessary for legal, accounting, security and dispute-handling purposes.
