Automatic Carat Refunds for Failed AI Fitting Tasks
If an AI fitting image fails to generate properly due to an error, the deducted carats are restored to your wallet according to the automatic refund rules.
A Safe Automatic Refund Structure
MachoSuit operates an automatic refund policy so businesses can use AI suit fitting, 3D suit fitting, and garment photo fitting without unnecessary cost burden. AI tasks may fail due to network issues, image processing errors, or AI response errors. When a final result image is not created, the deducted carats are automatically restored after the failed status is confirmed.
Cases Eligible for Automatic Refund
If an AI task ends with an error and no fitting result image is created, it is eligible for automatic refund.
If the AI response succeeds but file saving or result registration fails and the user cannot view the result, refund processing is applied.
If a regeneration task fails while the previous result remains, the carats used for that new task are automatically refunded.
How to Check Refund History
When an automatic refund is completed, the refunded carats are added back to the member wallet and can be checked in usage history or wallet transactions. If the task stops before AI processing due to missing customer photos, unselected garments, or insufficient balance, carats are not deducted and no separate refund is generated.
